Effects of working from home on the office real estate market
25 % of all employees in Germany are currently working from home. Structured hybrid working models are the new standard. What consequences do the new working models have for the German office market in the top 7 cities by 2030?
In this study, we analyze working from home and the office real estate market in the top 7 cities. For the first time, we are linking data from the Ifo Institute‘s working from home surveys of 9,000 companies with the office market database of the real estate consultancy Colliers.
